About our CORF
One Medicare-certified facility, one coordinated team, one plan built around you.
What does CORF stand for?
CORF is a Medicare certification. It means Rapid Therapy is approved to deliver a full rehab program, under physician supervision, in one outpatient facility.
Why a CORF is different
Most outpatient clinics offer one kind of therapy. A CORF is certified by Medicare to provide a full set of rehabilitation services under physician supervision, all in one outpatient setting.
For you, that means fewer appointments to juggle, one team that shares your records, and a plan that treats your breathing, strength and daily function together.
Our approach: functional and interval training
Functional training builds the exact movements you need for everyday life, from standing up from a chair to reaching a high shelf.
Interval training alternates short bursts of effort with rest, so you can do more total work with less breathlessness and fatigue.
